  Hi Suman, Sorry to hear of your husband’s passing. You may try contacting the Government of Canada at canada.ca for guidance as to where to start. Since you are in India, you could also contact your nearest Canadian embassy or consulate to reach Service Canada and find out what you need to do from there.
