Taking Charge of Your Grief! Seminar

Moving through the darkness back into the light can be a difficult journey for anyone. This seminar is designed for individuals who have experienced the loss of a loved one and are willing to create changes to feel better. Grief is the natural reaction to that sense of loss. How a person makes that journey can significantly impact their emotional well being. If you are willing to make adjustments in your life, this seminar is for you.

The seminar explores:

  • How to be open to the presence of loss
  • What beliefs and misconceptions can cause
  • How to move forward with life
  • How you can feel better
  • Why reconciliation, not resolution
  • What you might experience
  • When does grief end

Laurie M. Martin is a practicing and noted certified trauma specialist, Bereavement Companion and published author, effectively supporting People, creating personal Growth and Transition. She is the Principal of Life Interrupted Incorporated.
She is internationally known for her educational programs that help others come to terms with traumatic experiences. Her presentation style is upbeat, informal and participative.
