Psychologist (Supervised Practice)

Dr. Ann-Marie Golden joined Fleming Vigna Balmer from Cambridge (UK). Prior to her arrival to Canada she worked at the Cognition and Brain Sciences Unit as a cognitive scientist. She was a manager of the Cambridge Clinical Research Centre for Affective Disorders. She also worked as a health psychologist in various departments (Oncology, Gynaecology, Paediatrics (Cleft/Lip/Palate), Accident and Emergency, Intensive Care Unit). In addition, she is a mindfulness and compassion facilitator and teacher. Dr. Golden works with children, adults and the elderly who have experienced emotional and cognitive difficulties related to complicated grief, anxiety, depression, trauma and stress that may or may not be related to physical problems.
